Accounting Apprenticeships

ACO offers apprenticeships in Accounting at Levels 2, 3 and 4. ACO deliver recognised Association of Accounting Technician qualifications (AAT) as part of a learner’s apprenticeship. Suitable for any Accounting role; such as Chartered and Management Account roles.

Business Administration Apprenticeships

ACO offers Business apprenticeships at Levels 2, 3 and 4 via City and Guilds qualifications. Gain recognised City and Guilds qualifications as part of this route. Suitable for roles where administration is a large part of work completed, regardless of industry, with multiple routes to progression.

Customer Service Apprenticeships

ACO offers Customer Service apprenticeships and delivers City and Guilds qualifications at level 2 and 3 as part of this apprenticeship.
Suitable for roles in which customer interaction is key.

Leadership & Management Apprenticeships

ACO offers prestigious Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications (ILM) to apprentices following this route. Suitable for those in a leadership/management roles and show evidence of prior level/skills.

What to expect

Employment from day one

You'll be employed by an employer from the start of your apprenticeship.

Apprentice pay

You'll be paid at least the appropriate National Minimum Wage for apprentices.

Training time

Around 20% of your time will be spent training with ACO towards your qualifications.

Personalised learning

High staff-to-learner ratio, with small-group and often one-to-one training, plus blended learning options depending on your route and job role.

Ongoing support

Support from an allocated training adviser who visits regularly to carry out reviews.

Skills development

Encouragement to learn, grow and develop your skills throughout the programme.

Typical duration

Apprenticeships usually last one to two years, depending on the level.

Recognised outcome

On completion you'll gain a nationally recognised qualification.
