About Us 

ACO celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2015 and our service meets modern business needs and training requirements. ACO has provided quality training for over 300 companies in Swansea and the surrounding areas, ranging from solicitors, accountants and estate agents to large commercial organisations.

Our focus is apprenticeships but we also provide private training to businesses and training via other funding, such as ReAct. ACO entered into the Skills Academy Wales (SAW) consortium in October 2009, led by Neath Port Talbot College Group.

ACO Training welcomes all, including those with disabilities. Arrangements can be made for more accessible locations for interview, if requested. Training is tailored to the individual in all circumstances. We use appropriate communication methods suited to individual's needs. Our staff are experienced, friendly and qualified.
