ACO is a quality training provider, with over 30 years experience, delivering apprenticeships in Accounting, Business and Administration, Customer Service and IT User routes. ACO can help you with recruitment and selection of an apprentice to improve your business.

ACO deals with employers based in South Wales, predominantly Swansea and the surrounding area. Some have dealt with ACO for over 32 years and come from a wide range of businesses e.g. solicitors’ practices, large car dealerships, charities, theatrical agencies and more. Apprenticeships are funded by the Welsh Government and ACO charge a small contribution for first apprenticeships to supplement this funding. Our experienced team can advise you on the benefits and costs of employing an apprentice.

There is also currently an employer incentive scheme of up to £3,500, where you may be eligible for financial assistance for an apprentice.

"Our apprentice has been a real find for this business and is a great example of how the apprentice programme can help employers find the right staff." Sinclair Group

ACO have many potential candidates waiting for apprenticeship opportunities. ACO also market your apprenticeship placement (at your discretion) via advertisements on various websites and social media platforms. Potential candidates attend a thorough interview and screening process at ACO, where they are interviewed individually by staff, given apptitude tests and go through a screening process. Our team then match potential candidates with employer vacancies, ready for employer selection.
